Recipe 1 - The Irish Wiener Coffee

Classic Irish coffees are made with just four ingredients: hot coffee, Irish whiskey, sugar and whipped cream. With the help of Monin we make it even more simple with just a handful of ingredients.

Ingredients

150ml Pour Over Coffee (alternatively use HARIO One Cup Coffee) 

100ml cream

15ml Monin's Irish Cream Syrup

 How to:

  1. Mix cream and syrup together, whip well until peaks form (using hand mixer / Kievit Milkcap)
  2. Pour coffee into coffee cup, topping with shaken or hand whipped cream
  3. Top off with nutmeg

Recipe 2 - Yuzu Cold Brew Sour

Cold Brew is made with cold water and ground coffee beans, which helps soften the natural oils and bring out a smoother flavor. Coffee itself has been around for many centuries and has been consumed all around the world. But when you combine it with Yuzu, it will provide a refreshing feeling on top of your favorite morning drink!

Ingredients

70ml Cold Brew Coffee
10ml Monin Yuzu Fruit Mix
5ml lemon juice

Options

Cold Brew - 1L Water; 90grams ground beans. Let steep for 8-10 hours

How to:

  1. Mix all ingredients in shaker well
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Serve over ice and garnish with Dried Lemon

Recipe 3 - Sakura Green Tea Fizz

The cherry blossom represents traditional Japanese characteristics such as fleeting beauty, purity, and simplicity. We bring you the taste of Japan within the cup. Combined with the clarity of green tea and the floral notes of Sakura. Added a modern touch with tonic water to quench your thirst on a hot day.

Ingredients

60ml Cold Brew Green Tea
30ml Tonic Water
10ml Monin's Cherry Blossom Syrup
1bsp lemon

Options

Cold Brew Green Tea  – 1L water, 15 grams tea leaves. Let steep for  6-8 hours

How to:

  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Serve over ice
  3. Garnish with edible flowers
